All bookings on VisitGCC must be completed online through our website or app. To ensure a secure and smooth experience, payments for activities are not accepted onsite and must be made in advance at the time of booking.
We accept a wide range of payment options, including major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, and Discover. Depending on your location, additional payment methods may also be available through our trusted third-party payment providers.
If you request a refund and your booking is eligible, the refund will always be processed back to the same payment method used during checkout. Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
For international payments, currency conversion may apply. This means the refunded amount could differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate changes, which are handled by your bank or payment provider.

If you need a VAT invoice for your booking, our team will be happy to help. VAT invoices are not generated automatically, so please reach out to the VisitGCC support team directly with your request, and we’ll arrange it for you.
All payments must be completed online before your activity begins, and refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. This helps us keep transactions secure and easy to track
